UPCYCLED BLUE NYLON RAIN JACKET

This is a one of a kind upcycled item from the googly eye cru.  It’s a blue nylon hooded rain jacket. The inside is coated to make it water resistant.  The classic GEC eyes at the chest and lower right pocket. And of course no upcycled item is complete without a sparkly tongue. Stick it out or hide it inside the pocket. For a more appropriate  time   There are snaps at the center front and pockets  elastic at bottom hem
